Is it safe to travel to the Carribeans or Mexico beach resorts?

Always keep and eye on the storms. So far this year we have not had much in the way of storms. The answer to your question is yes it is safe to travel to the Caribbean and Mexico. One you will see and do more than you would by yourself. Cruising to these destinations are also very safe and a lot more cost effective.

The odds of a hurricane hitting your island or resort are not that high. But you never know, especially at the height of the season [September and early October]. That’s why you buy trip insurance.
You can also travel to the "no-hurricane-zone" ABC islands [Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao].
