I go in August to California, San Diego, and i wanna know where the best beaches there. An American friend told me the best is Santa Cruz beach. Is it far from San Diego?
And what about other beaches like Florida? Texas? Hawaii? Alaska,? New Jersey?
In Florida some great beaches are Coco Beach (near Orlando), Daytona Beach, The Keys, Panama City Beach and Destin.
In Georgia I would recomend Tybee Island or Jeckyl Island. Tybee island is near Historic Savannah. It’s beautiful.
Most beaches in the United States are great.
West Palm Beach in Florida and Venice Beach in California.

A lot of people love Wildwood, Sandy Hook, Cape May, LBI but my absolute favorite beach is Island Beach State Park. It’s a long thin peninsula with wild bayberry bushes along both sides, no houses are allowed to be built there. You can bring coolers on the beach, there are showers and bathrooms. No commerical businesses allowed. It’s peaceful and beautiful and if you are up for the hike, you can hike at the very end and be right across the inlet from the beautiful Barnegat Lighthouse. Plus good surfing and great fishing! It’s one of my favorite places.
